Temecula could get a Raising Cane’s restaurant with a dual drive-thru
By Shane Newell
A drive-thru with two lanes and covered outdoor eating area could be the latest features at a Raising Cane’s in Temecula.
The city’s planning commission will review a plan that calls for the construction of a nearly 4,000 square-foot restaurant at 40390 Margarita Road and demolishing the existing building. A Hometown Buffet at that address closed in 2016.
Other proposed features include roll-up windows to separate the outdoor and indoor dining areas, according to the staff report.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7 at City Hall, 41000 Main St.
