Lightning strikes were seen across Southern California — and Twitter was abuzz.

Twitter user Julian said there ain’t no party like a lightning party.

At 1:45 am watching lightning at Sierra Ave/Sierra Lakes Pkwy in Fontana. Strong winds. 97 degrees on car thermometer. A few rain drops.
