Just hours after San Bernardino resident Susan Rank was arraigned in the death of her daughter, relatives and family friends mourned the loss of 3-year-old Zayla Rank during a candlelight vigil and procession Tuesday, Feb. 13.

About 50 people, including a few children, walked from Galleria at Tyler mall to stand outside the Riverside County psychiatric emergency room entrance where family members say Susan Marie Rank, 30, sought help in the weeks before her daughter’s death.
