Porterville kidnapping triggers Amber alert for San Bernardino County

The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber alert for Kern, Tulare and San Bernardino counties following Friday’s kidnapping of a woman and her one-year-old daughter.

The incident happened in Porterville when two men abducted Deleyza Ceron, 1, and her mother Maria Sanchez Palomares, 22, was assaulted and kidnapped as well.

Palomares is 5 feet seven inches tall and weights 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
The first suspect, Valentin Angel Dillasen, 20, who is 5 foot, six inches tall and has a thin build.

The second suspect, Juan Santos Martinez, 40, is 5 foot two inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.

Both suspects should be considered armed and dangerous, the CHP statement said.

They were last seen in a white 1990s SUV, possibly a Suburban.

The rear window is broken out and covered in white tape, the CHP statement said.
