Politicians and pinball at Banning state of the city event
By Craig Shultz
Banning’s State of the City event Oct. 11 will feature more than the usual speech and sandwiches. It will be at the Museum of Pinball and after the talk, attendees can play for free on the more than 800 pinball machines on display.
Mayor George Moyer will provide an overview of the city’s finances and projects and a look at where the city has been and where it is going.
There is no charge to attend, and lunch will be provided. The event begins at 11 a.m. at the museum, 700 S. Hathaway St.
