Corona Police have arrested the ex-boyfriend of Sharmon Intili, ending months of speculation about who was responsible for the brutal death of the well-liked mother of two teenage girls.
On Thursday, June 15 Corona Police detectives arrested 42-year-old Mark Aaron Brierley for the homicide, a statement released Friday said.

Brierley was taken into custody without incident as he left work in Jurupa Valley and later booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center in downtown Riverside on the charge of homicide.
His bail is set at $3 million.
Intili’s blood-drenched body was found by her 17-year-old daughter inside their home in the 1000 block of East Grand Boulevard on the night before Thanksgiving.
The 46-year-old woman was regarded as the life of the party who was known to struggle financially, and at the same time be exceptionally generous to her daughters and friends.
Friends say her life was about to change as she had recently found work in Riverside for an employer who provided a pay hike as well as health insurance.
Intili was said to be the glue that kept about 40 friends together after their graduation from Norco High School.
This investigation, which has been ongoing since the original 9-1-1 call was received, resulted in the service of multiple search warrants at various locations. Detectives have received assistance from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Scientific Investigations Division, the FBI, the State of California Department of Justice Laboratory and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
