Pie hole opens its Victoria Gardens restaurant on Dec. 1
A gourmet pie shop with a hipster following is planning a soft opening for its first Inland location on Dec. 1.
The Pie Hole is moving into a site at Victoria Gardens once occupied by Starbucks. The 1,200 square-foot store is near Jamba Juice and the food court in the Rancho Cucamonga shopping center.

Pie Hole serves both sweet and savory pies, which according to a news release are made from scratch. Grey Tea Pie and Mac ‘n Cheese Pot Pie are among the more unique items on the menu, but Pie Hole also does pumpkin and apple.
The Victoria Gardens restaurant will have outdoor seating and plans to serve wine and beer as well as its own blend of coffee.
The Los Angeles-based chain got its start in
Pie Hole’s take on apple pie.
Los Angeles and has locations in Hollywood, Pasadena, Glendale and Orange as well as Durham, N.C., and Tokyo.
It is poised for growth. In addition to Rancho Cucamonga, it has locations opening in Venice Beach and Long Beach.
It is partnering with Fransmart to grow the brand through franchises.
