Hundreds of people lined the streets of downtown Riverside Saturday, Nov. 18, to see a veterans parade featuring antique military vehicles, Patriot Guard Riders on motorcycles and the UCR pipe band.

The 12th-annual “A Salute to Veterans Parade and Expo” featured KFI radio host Bryan Suits as grand marshal. Suits earned a Bronze Star and Purple Heart after serving in Desert Storm, Bosnia and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
