New planning commissioners named for San Jacinto
By Craig Shultz
The San Jacinto City Council is expected to appoint three people to the Planning Commission when it meets Tuesday, Feb. 6.
The five-member panel meets monthly and makes recommendations on land use and development. The appointees, who will come from a pool of six applicants who were interviewed by an ad hoc committee last week, will fill expired terms and serve until October 2021.
The council also will hear a midyear budget update at the meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. in the San Jacinto Unified School District Board Room, 2045 S. San Jacinto Ave.
