New on the Beaumont restaurant scene: Sports lounge at Morongo golf club
A new sports lounge has opened at Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon, a 36-hole course in Beaumont.
Two hundred members of the Morongo Band of Mission Indians attended a grand opening of the restaurant earlier this month.
The 2,300-square-foot space features 13 televisions, fireside seating and sunset views, according to a news release.
The white marble-top bar pours 30 beers as well as tequila and whiskey flights with Patron and Johnny Walker.
