The incident appears to have been reported a little after 8:15 a.m. on the eastbound 60 east of Etiwanda Avenue, according to a California Highway patrol incident log.
The No. 3 and 4 lanes were closed following the incident, but reopened about 9:45 a.m. However, traffic remained slowed for a nearly 5-mile stretch from South Havenue Avenue to just past Etiwanda Avenue.
