Even Amazon was a little surprised at this week’s Prime Day volume, Fast Company reported Thursday, as the global sales monolith pronounced it the company’s “biggest day ever” — and claims it was bigger in sales volume than Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

The company says it sold 2 million toys, 1 million pairs of shoes, and 90,000 televisions. This year’s top sellers included the Echo Dot, Instant Pot pressure cooker, and a 23andMe DNA test.

Even though Tuesday’s much-hyped event was limited to Prime members only, the company told Fast Company that more new members joined Prime “than on any single day in Amazon history.”
