A Riverside guitar instructor who engaged in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl pleaded guilty Thursday, Nov. 16, to lewd acts on a child under 14 years old.

Superior Court Judge Helios Hernandez — no relation to the defendant — scheduled a sentencing hearing for Dec. 11 and directed the Department of Probation to conduct interviews and research to determine an appropriate sentence.
The defendant is being held on $430,000 bail at the Riverside jail.
