More than 150 apartment units could be coming to Temecula

The Temecula Planning Commission is considering a plan to bring 160 apartment units to the city.
A 15-acre plot of land south of Rancho California Road has been identified as the site for the complex.
A public hearing is planned for Wednesday, Jan. 3. The hearing will be held at 6 p.m. at the Civic Center, 41000 Main St.
The plan calls for four two-story buildings, four three-story buildings and 26 garage buildings, in addition to nearly 330 parking spaces, to be built on land between Moraga Road and Cosmic Drive.
