Metal icon Ozzy Osbourne announces dates for his final tour
It’s official, Ozzy Osbourne will be making his final trek across the globe beginning this year. He will launch his “No More Tours 2” jaunt, flanked by guitarist Zakk Wylde, bassist Blasko, drummer Tommy Clufetos and keyboardist Adam Wakeman, with a one-off in Jacksonville, Florida in April. He heads on to Mexico in May followed by South America, Europe and Russia before swinging back to the U.S. later this year.
Live Nation is producing the farewell tour, which is slated to end some time in 2020. After that, Osbourne plans to still perform select shows.
“I’ve been extremely blessed to have had two successful music careers,” Osbourne said in a press release. “I’m looking at this final tour as being a huge celebration for my fans and anyone who has enjoyed my music over the past five decades.”
