‘Justice League’ review: Here’s what you need to know

The “Justice League” movie is perfectly OK. Nothing more, but crucially, nothing less.
What director Zack Snyder (with presumably invaluable assists from co-screenwriter and additional photography director Joss Whedon, who made “The Avengers” zing) needed to do was make this one sleeker, more fun and comparatively intelligent than his earlier DC Extended Universe films, “Man of Steel” and “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”
