Families looking to continue a Riverside Halloween tradition are going to have to look elsewhere for 2017.

The famous Riverside light house, put on by Kevin Judd and Creative Lighting Displays, announced Saturday, Sept. 30 that the annual show will not happen this year.

In a Facebook post, the page thanked supporters for the “tremendous support from the local community and fans around the world that share the same Halloween Spirit that we come to love so much.”

Judd had been doing Halloween-themed light shows at his house in the Orangecrest neighborhood since 2008. It attracted the attention of the city of Riverside in 2014 after neighbors complained.

The show got even more attention when the group LMFAO came out to visit the display after hearing their song “Party Rock Anthem” was part of the show. The video showing off that song has over 13 million views on Youtube.
