Despite trailing early, Cal Baptist defeated Chaminade, 3-1, in Pacific West Conference action at home despite trailing early.
In the 20th minute, Chaminade put CBU behind for the first time this season with a goal from Curtis Coburn.
Almost four minutes later, Junior Garcia answered back off a one-touch volley from a Joey Chica assist. A minute later, Chica scored one to put the Lancers in front, 2-1.
Preston Judd added the final goal in the 77th minute as Abe Placito crossed a ball into the 18-yard box, where Chica one-touched it over to Judd.
With the win, CBU improves to 9-0-2 overall and 5-0-1 in conference action.

CSUN 1, UCR 0:
Goalkeeper Annie Bailey made four saves in UC Riverside’s loss at home.
Riverside is now 6-8-2 overall, 3-1-1 in BigWest play.

UCSD 13, CBU 8:
Kyle Christian and Tanner Shore each score three goals in Cal Baptist’s loss at home.
Goalie Matt Miller made 12 saves and Jonny Lotero supplied two goals in the Western Water Polo Association game.
The Lancers are 16-8 overall, 1-2 in conference play.
