About six months after a carjacking and kidnapping, Riverside police have released surveillance video and photos seeking leads from the public that may lead to the two suspects, according to a police news release.

Two suspects carjacked a late 1990s Acura from the victim at about 7 a.m. Feb. 11 near Norman Way in the Hillside neighborhood of Riverside. One suspect carried a handgun and the other a screwdriver.

They drove the victim to a nearby industrial area, stole bank account information from him, then ordered him out of the car and drove away.

About 30 minutes later, the victim’s bank card was used at two different locations in the city, with the two suspects visible on surveillance video. The victim’s car was recovered.

One suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, 30 to 40 years old, dark skin, 5-feet, 7-inches to 6-feet tall, with a stocky build. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, 28 to 30 years old, light skin, 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 150 pounds, with a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
