At the 2018 Golden Globes, the stars were wearing black in solidarity with victims of sexual harassment and abuse.

Many also wore pins that read “Time’s Up,” the name of an initiative created to fight sexual misconduct in workplaces.

But it was unclear whether Frances McDormand was participating with her dark-colored dress, as people noticed when she went up to accept her award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama for “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.”

Is frances mcdormand wearing blue?

Is Frances McDormand wearing a navy blue dress? If so, bless her. As well as the woman in red and the one in hot pink.

Interesting that the winner for best actress in a drama is wearing navy blue #goldenglobes

Frances McDormand, literally the only person not wearing black tonight. Am I right? I mean, that’s definitely blue… #goldenglobes

Some who believed she wore navy blue rather than black called her out for sending conflicting messages.

Frances McDormand this isn’t about politics. Do better. #MeToo

“I keep my politics private” while wearing blue and into a camera is one hell of a public stance though, Frances. #GoldenGlobes

Guess I don’t like Frances “I don’t talk about my politics” McDormand (in a blue dress). The #MeToo and #TimesUp movements are not politics, it’s logic, empathy, sisterhood and so much more. What a shame that some women don’t stand for women.
