Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor in Riverside to close Sunday

Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor Restaurant in Riverside will close after serving customers on Sunday, according to its manager, Regan Ford.

The restaurant celebrated its grand opening at 3610 Park Sierra Drive, across from Kaiser Permanente, on Jan. 31, 2013.

When told of the closure by a reporter, most guests said they were unaware that Saturday was its second to last day.

The Riverside Farrell’s has about 75 mostly full-time employees.
