After a lot of hype, the Riverside Raising Cane’s chicken restaurant opened Tuesday, Oct. 31. In addition to long lines to get in–and through the drive-thru–the celebration included a performance from the Ramona High School Dynasty Marching Band and visits from local area leaders.
