Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull bring a dance party to Anaheim, and later this week, to Inglewood
The pairing of Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull seems unexpected to say the least, but Saturday night at the Honda Center in Anaheim it worked as these artists turned the venue into a rocking dance club.
The multi-platinum selling and multiple Grammy Award-winning global superstars brought their show back to Southern California. It rolled into town earlier this year and continues for another 18 dates including Friday at The Forum, after a brief break. They performed separately in what felt like a dance party in two acts: Romantic and playful Madrid-born Iglesias wooed the audience with his magnetic smile and soulful songs, then the Miami rapper Armando Perez, known at Pitbull, gave the audience an in-your-face electric club dance scene. The contrast between the two was apparent but the overall message of the evening was to forget your troubles for a little while and dance, dance, dance.
