Eastvale Marketplace is coming to life on the northeast corner of Limonite and Sumner avenues.

Construction of the 7.6-acre shopping center began a year ago. It’s 96 percent leased, according to a news release from Evergreen Development Co.

The center is anchored by Smart & Final Extra!, which opened in late summer, with 15 more tenants lined up, largely a mix of service providers and quick-service dining.

EcoCleaners, Pacific Dental Services, and Mathnasium have already opened. Caremore Pharmacy and Ten Ren’s Tea Time will open soon. A Les Schwab Tire Center is under construction.
