ANAHEIM – The Ducks and Kings will meet for the 133rd time in the regular season when the Southern California rivals face off at Honda Center on Tuesday night.

Many of the storylines around the Ducks have centered on their litany of injuries to top players. The latest report came today when Ducks GM Bob Murray said that Ryan Getzlaf could be out for up to two months after needing surgery to repair a fractured cheekbone.

Getzlaf has been their point leader for the last five seasons. And with Ryan Kesler (hip) on the road back from surgery, the Ducks will not have their top two centers for much of the first half of the season. But it has allowed for other forwards to thrive with additional ice time.
