Charlie Wilson will bring the funk to Fantasy Springs Resort Casino

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is about to get a dose of funk and R&B when Charlie Wilson, former frontman of the Gap Band, hits the stage Saturday, Feb. 10.

Before launching a solo career, Wilson was partly responsible for a number of dance hits with the Gap Band, including as “You Dropped a Bomb on Me,” “Burn Rubber on Me (Why You Wanna Hurt Me)” and “Early In the Morning.”

His latest album, “In It To Win It,” was released in 2017.

Other Southern California dates include the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Friday, Feb. 9, and Valley View Casino on Saturday, April 14.
