2-vehicle crash in Moreno Valley injures 5

A total of five people were injured in a two-vehicle traffic collision in Moreno Valley early Thursday, June 15, according to fire officials.

The incident was reported a little after 1 a.m. near the intersection of Cottonwood Avenue and Graham Street, according to a Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department news release.

One of the two vehicles went into a wall and at least one person needed to be pulled from it, according to the release.

Three of the people had major injuries while the other two had minor ones. All were taken to the hospital, officials say.
